Recently, the Nanjing Development and Reform Commission officially issued the Notice on Recognizing Nanjing Municipal Headquarters Enterprises for the 2025 Fiscal Year. Several subsidiaries of SUMEC Corporation Limited have been successfully included on the list of Nanjing Municipal Headquarters Enterprises for 2025. Among them, SUMEC-ITC was awarded the title of 5A-level Headquarters Enterprise, while SUMEC Textile & Light Industry, SUMEC Shipping and SUMEC Hardware were recognized as 3A-level Headquarters Enterprises.

This recognition is an important initiative launched by Nanjing Municipal Government to implement policies for the high-quality development of the headquarters economy and encourage enterprises to grow stronger and larger. Following rigorous evaluation procedures including enterprise application, district-level preliminary review, municipal department verification and approval by the municipal government, multiple subsidiaries of SUMEC have been selected simultaneously. This fully demonstrates the Group's comprehensive strength and industrial influence in the field of headquarters economy, and also creates favorable conditions for the Company to pool resources and expand business in the next stage.
